52/2004, Resolution on the issue of the Series A113 Bonds
Bank Przemysłowo - Handlowy PBK SA (Bank BPH) informs that on 1July 2004 the Bank’s Management Board has adopted a resolution that the issue of the Series A113 Bonds has become effective as well as a resolution on the allotment of the Series A113 Bonds of BPH PBK, which had been issued within the Bonds Issue Programme.
Information on the settlement of subscription of Series A113 Bonds Issue Programme:
- The date of subscription opening – 7 June 2004, the date of subscription completion – 29 June 2004.
- The date of Bonds allotment: 1 July 2004.
- The number of Bonds within the subscription: the 1,200,000 Series A113 Bonds, which are ordinary bearer bonds.
- The orders for the Series A113 Bonds were not reduced.
- The number of the Series A113 Bonds ordered in the course of the subscription: the 561,804 Series A113 Bonds.
- The Bank’s Management Board allotted the 561,804 Series A113 Bonds within the subscription.
- The issue price of the Series A113 Bonds for each day of subscription was equal to:

9 June 2004 100,04 PLN
11 June 2004 100,07 PLN
14 June 2004 100,12 PLN

- Within the subscription process of the Series A113 Bonds the 2002 persons have subscribed for bonds and made payments correctly.
- The Series A113 Bonds were allotted to 2002 Bondholders.
- The Issuer has not signed the underwriting agreement.
- The total value of the Series A113 Bonds subscription amounted to PLN 56,283,813.27.
- Owing to the fact that the Series A113 Bonds were issued within the Bonds Issue Programme, actually it is not possible to evaluate costs related exclusively to the Series A113 Bonds issue. These costs will be disclosed when total costs of the Bonds Issue Programme are calculated.
- Owing to the fact that the Series A113 Bonds were issued within the Bonds Issue Programme, actually it is not possible to evaluate the average costs of subscription per one Series A113 Bond. The amount of average cost per one bond will be published when overall costs Bonds Issue Programme are calculated.
